  • What goes around comes around. California made a pre-emptive strike against Arizona in order to appease the Latino community which includes many illegals at the cost of California tax payers and Federal tax payers. Arizona has EVERY right to counter strike and I hope they do.

  • WTF!? There are ALREADY circuit breakers in place!!!! This is BS. The circuit breakers are set in place at negative 10% on ALL US exchanges. We got close to 10% loss in one day, but it wasn't actually 10% and that's why the breakers didn't trigger.

  • Fraud for financial gain. However the quickest way to punish them financially, is that the DOT has the power to halt sales of any vehicles including from an etire manufacturer if it is found that there are safety issues that can cause death or serious injury.

  • johnny you would be surprised how many cars have these systems. In fact it is the ONLY way they will be able to pass the newer emissions laws. Also with the advent of direct fuel injection over the last couple of years the accuracy is mind boggling.

  • No Robby, but there is a law that says you can not lie in court. They have stated in court cases that information was not recorded that in fact was recorded and available. That is called purjury. The DOT has the authority to halt sales of all vehicles from a company that committs perjury.
